NFL Twitter Rules

NFL rules prohibit players from posting to any social media sites (such as Twitter) within a time period 90 before until 90 minutes after their game, so don’t expect much in the way of twitter updates on Sundays. Chad Ochocinco was fined $25K by the NFL for violating this policy during the preseason.
