Watch NBA Games on Android, iPhone, or iPad with NBA League Pass Mobile

So, you’re stuck without a TV and don’t want to miss the Lakers, Heat, Celtics, or other NBA action? If you have an Android phone, or iPhone, you can purchase the NBA League Pass Mobile and get every NBA game (except those with blackout restrictions) on your mobile device.

Update (12/22/2011): NBA Game Time is Now Available for 2012. Download NBA Game Time 2011-2012 for the iPhone  The in-app upgrade to NBA League Pass mobile is $39.99. You can also get access to NBA League Pass Mobile if you purchase the NBA League Pass Bundle.

NBA Game Time Courtside is available for the iPad, however, NBA League Pass Mobile is no longer available for the iPad. To watch live games on the iPad, you need to purchase the full NBA League Pass Option and use the NBA League Pass Broadband login account to sync you account on the iPad.

You’ll get 40+ games a week, but be aware that there are blackout restricts, so you’ll only get out of market games. In other words, if it’s being broadcast on TV in your area, whether it be ESPN, TNT, or any other channel, you won’t be able to watch it with League Pass mobile.

If you’d prefer to watch on your laptop or PC, check out the NBA League Pass Broadband. You can also listen to every game for free online with NBA Audio Pass.

I love the idea, but this one is a little pricey for us, so we won’t be trying it out or doing a hands on review. However, we did find this review from last season that will give you a good idea of what the experience is like. Keep in mind that it may be a bit different for 2010.
