Atlanta Falcons Gameday Mobile App for iPhone and Android

The Atlanta Falcons had a tremendous season last year before coming up short in the NFL Playoffs and falling to the eventual Super Bowl Champion Green Bay Packers. The 2011 season promises to be another exciting year for the Falcons and you can stay on top of the action with the Falcons Gameday app for Android and iPhone.

We’ll say upfront that the Falcons Gameday 2010 app (as it is still called in the App Store/Android Market), is as good as any NFL team app available, and it’s free. On top of news articles (from atlantafalcons.com), you also get loads of video content, season and in-game stats, schedule, twitter updates, and more.

News items are provided in chronological order with the most recent on top, and each article is properly optimzed for mobile viewing.

Falcons Gameday App Overview

Falcons Gameday is one of the better NFL team mobile apps and provides basically everything you could reasonably expect in a free app. We are reviewing the 2010 edition of this app and are fully expecting an update before the season, even if it is simply to change the name from 2010 to 2011. The content is still fresh and frequently so fans can’t still keep up to date, even in the offseason.
